Mhd8 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mhd8 ("Platform", "we"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by mhd8.

By accessing or using any part of the mhd8 platform — whether via web browser, Android app or iOS app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the first date you access the mhd8 platform.

These Terms are incorporated together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and mhd8. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless clearly stated otherwise.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the mhd8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Is not currently subject to any legal restriction that prohibits the use of online gaming services.
• Registering with true, accurate and current personal information — including your full name, phone number and valid identification details.
• Is not currently on a self-exclusion list on any gaming platform.

Mhd8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. You are required to submit a valid copy of your MyKad or passport upon request. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to have one account only on the mhd8 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party.
• Notifying the mhd8 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keeping your account information up to date and accurate at all times.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Mhd8 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform's deposit page. All deposits are processed instantly and your balance is updated within seconds of payment confirmation being received.

Current deposit and withdrawal limits are as follows:

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. mhd8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Mhd8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing users from time to time. Each bonus is subject to a rollover/wagering requirement, which is clearly stated in the respective bonus terms.

General conditions applicable to all mhd8 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by users who meet the eligibility requirements set for each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made on bonus funds or winnings derived from them.
• Each user is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once during the lifetime of their account.
• Mhd8 reserves the right to void any bonus if a user is found to have abused a promotion or violated any of its stated conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value unless the wagering turnover requirements have been fully met.
• Promotion abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account terminated.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the mhd8 platform use a certified Random Number Generation (RNG) system that is regularly audited by independent bodies. The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is publicly displayed in the respective game information.

The outcome of all games is final once a round ends. mhd8 is not responsible for any technical errors occurring during a game session due to internet connectivity issues, user device problems or external factors beyond our control. In such cases, interrupted rounds will be settled based on our server records, which are considered final.

• Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other technical methods to influence game outcomes.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to mhd8 and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Mhd8 reserves the right to void any bets or wins obtained through illegitimate means or in violation of the game rules.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

Mhd8 users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using any third-party software, automated bots or tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Launching any cyberattack against mhd8's systems, including hacking attempts, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or injecting malicious code.
• Using the mhd8 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Distributing obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform in violation of Malaysian law.
• Colluding unlawfully with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games or multiplayer games.

Any violation of the prohibitions above will result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination without prior notice. mhd8 also reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Data Privacy & Security

Protecting your personal data is a priority for mhd8. All information you provide during registration and platform use is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on protected servers with strict access controls.

Mhd8 collects and processes your personal data solely for the purposes of service operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mhd8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from in-game losses.

The mhd8 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure platform availability at all times, we do not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors.
• Any defects or bugs will be corrected immediately.
• The platform is fully secure against external cybersecurity threats beyond our control.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

Mhd8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any part of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account has been compromised.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the mhd8 support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances that meet the withdrawal requirements will be refunded to the user in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a Terms violation, mhd8 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance while an investigation is conducted, and to forfeit that balance should the violation be proven.

11 Terms Amendment

Mhd8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the mhd8 platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.

12 Applicable Law & Contact Us

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties before being referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.
